Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Marketing Manager role based in Coimbatore.

The Content Marketing

Manager will plan and execute content marketing strategies that promote FACE Prep’s programs and strengthen brand presence across digital channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing content calendars, creating and optimizing content for web, email, and social media, and collaborating with product, sales, and academic teams to support campaign goals. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, conducting audience and competitor analysis, and refining content initiatives based on insights.

Manager will also manage content workflows, coordinate with designers and writers, and ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines and learner needs.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in content strategy, content planning, and campaign execution to drive engagement and conversions.
- Experience in web content writing, blog creation, and social media content tailored for student and early-career audiences.
- Ability to conduct thorough research, analyze audience behavior, and apply insights to improve content performance.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and content marketing fundamentals, including SEO basics, email marketing, and analytics tools.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities, with attention to clarity, consistency, and brand voice.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in EdTech, skill development, or career preparation domains is an advantage.
- Strong collaboration skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams, and comfort operating in a fast-paced setting.
- Organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
