Role Description The Commission Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying prospective clients, explaining loan and financial product offerings, and guiding customers through the application and approval process. The associate will conduct needs assessments, provide clear and accurate information about terms and benefits, and maintain regular follow-up to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Daily activities include generating leads, meeting sales targets, maintaining client records, coordinating with internal teams for timely processing, and representing the company with skilled, customer-focused communication.



The role requires a strong focus on building long-term client relationships and driving revenue through ethical, consultative sales practices.

Qualifications
