- Contact customers before the due date to remind them about upcoming payments.

- Escalate potential payment issues to the concerned team.
Recovery Agent
- Follow up with customers having overdue/outstanding payments.
- Negotiate and coordinate with customers for payment recovery.

- Escalate difficult or unresolved cases to the senior/manager.
Skills Required
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English is an advantage.

- Basic computer knowledge.
