Qualification

- Must be a CMA Inter Qualified
- Positive inter-personal communication and ability to face clients
- Willing to travel to the client places in Haldia and Kolkata respectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Cost Records &
- Analysis: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of basic cost records, tracking material, labor, and overhead costs, and performing initial variance analysis.
- Financial &
- Accounting Operations: Handle day-to-day accounting, ledger scrutiny, vouching, and verification of cash books, bank books, and journal entries.
- Financial Statements &
- MIS: Help in the preparation, reconciliation, and finalization of financial statements,



management information system (MIS) reports, and monthly profitability statements.
- Taxation &
- Statutory Compliance: Assist with compliance and filings related to GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory dues.
- Budgeting &
- Forecasting: Support senior managers in drafting departmental budgets, financial planning, and tracking actual performance against projected targets.
- Internal Auditing: Assist in internal audit procedures, verifying fixed assets, inventory controls, receivable/payable balances, and checking adherence to internal company policies.
