Role Description The Client Services Representative is a full-time, in office role based in Pune City, responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with brand and creator clients. This role involves responding to client inquiries, coordinating campaigns, providing updates, and ensuring that deliverables and timelines are met.

The Client Services

Representative will track client requirements, resolve service issues, and support account teams in preparing reports, proposals, and basic financial summaries related to ongoing projects.



The role also includes maintaining accurate records in internal systems, gathering feedback on client satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and service quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Client Services and Customer Service skills to manage relationships and handle inquiries effectively.
- Candidates should possess explicit and professional Communication skills to interact with brands, creators, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to follow up, collect feedback, and address concerns proactively.
- Candidates should possess basic Finance understanding to support billing, invoicing, and simple financial tracking for client accounts.
- Additional qualifications: prior experience in client-facing or support roles, familiarity with digital marketing or creator ecosystems, solid organizational and time-management skills, proficiency in common office and communication tools, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
