About the role

This is a client-facing role managing our existing SAP Business One and ERP customers.

You will stay in regular touch with clients, visit them, understand their business and issues, and grow the relationship through upsell and renewals.

Responsibilities

- Be the single point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients
- Visit clients regularly for review meetings and site visits
- Understand client processes and pain points, and work with our support and consulting teams to resolve them
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities: SAP Business One add-on modules, additional users, Zoho, automation, IoT, AMC upgrades
- Prepare proposals and quotations, and close renewals and AMC contracts
- Track client health,



open issues and collections
- Maintain client records, visit reports and pipeline in Zoho CRM

Requirements

- 4-8 years in account management, client servicing or customer success in IT/ERP/software services
- Good working knowledge of SAP Business One: modules, business processes and typical client issues
- Good understanding of business processes: finance, sales, inventory, production, purchase
- Ability to explain solutions in simple business language
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi; Marathi preferred
- Willing to travel within Mumbai/MMR
- Graduate; MBA or IT background is a plus

Positive to have

- Exposure to Zoho or Odoo
- Experience with manufacturing or distribution clients
- Track record on upsell and renewal targets
