Ettara is a custom menswear design label creating personalised outfits for clients across Indian and Western wear, weddings, celebrations, and other occasions.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Operations Executive to manage client orders from confirmation to final delivery. You will coordinate between clients, the design team, tailors, and vendors to ensure every order progresses smoothly and is delivered according to the agreed specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client orders from confirmation through production, fittings, alterations, and final delivery.

Maintain accurate records of client measurements, design specifications, order status, and delivery timelines.

Coordinate with the design team, tailors, and vendors to keep orders on schedule.

Follow up on pending tasks and proactively resolve delays or coordination issues.

Schedule client appointments, trials, and fittings.

Communicate professionally with clients and keep them informed about order progress.

Track multiple orders simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met.

Provide regular updates to the founder on order status, pending actions, and potential issues.

Requirements

Robust organisational, communication,



and follow-up skills.

Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously.

Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and basic computer applications.

A proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented approach to work.

Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, designers, tailors, and vendors.

Experience in client servicing, order management, fashion, or production coordination is preferred.

Freshers with strong organisational and communication skills are welcome to apply.
