We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Ahmedabad and help expand our international client base.

JOB DETAILS

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

Work Mode: Work from Office

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST

Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month

Incentives: Performance-based, in addition to fixed salary

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify and acquire potential clients across the USA, UK, Europe, and other international markets.
- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold emails, cold calling, and other prospecting channels.
- Connect with founders, CEOs, business owners, and key decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and present our offshore workforce solutions.
- Schedule discovery meetings, nurture prospects, and support sales conversions.




- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and achieve assigned business development targets.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or client acquisition.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in communicating with international clients.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, CRM tools, cold emailing, or cold calling.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, ambitious, and target-oriented approach.

Experience in international sales, recruitment, outsourcing, or offshore staffing will be an added advantage.
