Company Description INDNIX Technology Limited is building an integrated, multi-division manufacturing park that spans a 45nm–180nm silicon foundry, a dedicated III-V compound semiconductor and MEMS cleanroom facility, and advanced packaging and SMT backend operations. This end-to-end infrastructure is designed to enable high-performance, scalable solutions for global markets. Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a full-time hybrid role based in India, with flexibility for partial work from home. The CTO will lead the overall technology vision and roadmap across semiconductor manufacturing, AI data centre infrastructure, and associated software and hardware platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding architecture and product development strategies, overseeing critical technology projects, and ensuring alignment of IT and engineering initiatives with business objectives.

The role involves close collaboration with executive leadership, operations, and product teams to drive innovation, optimize technology investments,



and maintain robust security and reliability standards. The CTO will also mentor technical leaders, build high-performing engineering teams, and represent the company’s technology capabilities to partners, customers, and stakeholders.

Owns the 28nm IP, PDKs, and overall fab technology. Oversee the technological roadmap and advanced manufacturing processes.

Educational Background

Ph.D. / M.Tech in Microelectronics or Physics
