Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Hyderabad.

The Civil

Engineer will oversee planning, design, and execution of residential construction projects, ensuring structural integrity, safety, and compliance with relevant codes and regulations. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing engineering drawings, coordinating with architects, contractors, and site teams, and monitoring project progress against timelines and budgets. The role involves managing stormwater and drainage solutions, conducting site inspections,



resolving technical issues, and supporting quality control and continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills to plan, analyze, and execute residential and infrastructure projects.
- Experience working as Civil Engineers in office, including coordination with construction teams and project stakeholders.
- Planning skills for project scheduling, resource allocation, and cost estimation.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage design, and related environmental considerations.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Proficiency in engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, or similar tools).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- Experience in residential or real estate projects in Hyderabad or similar markets is an advantage.
