Role & Responsibilities

- Partner directly with the CEO and leadership to set and track strategic priorities, OKRs, and execution roadmaps.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives—streamlining decision-making, removing bottlenecks, and ensuring operational alignment across departments.
- Own executive communication—preparing board decks, investor updates, and internal strategy memos with precision and clarity.
- Design and implement scalable operating systems: weekly cadences, sprint reviews, performance dashboards, and meeting hygiene protocols.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on business performance, market trends,



and operational risks to inform leadership decisions.
- Act as escalation point for critical issues, ensuring rapid resolution and accountability across teams.
