Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious, result-oriented Chief Business Officer (CBO) to join our executive leadership team. As the CBO, you will work directly alongside the Founder to lead 3 core business pillars: Fundraising & Investor Relations, Founder PR & Brand Positioning, and Strategic Corporate Alliances. This is a high-ownership leadership role designed to scale LuxeVenue.ai into a dominant venture-backed event-tech marketplace.

Key Responsibilities (3 Integrated Strategic Roles)

1. Investor Relations & Fundraising Drive (Core Strategic Focus)

- End-to-End Fundraising Lifecycle: Lead equity fundraising initiatives, building and managing relationships with Angel Networks, Family Offices, Micro-VCs, and Institutional Investors across India and international markets.
- Investment Material Preparation: Structure financial models, pitch decks,



market opportunity analysis (TAM/SAM/SOM), cap table projections, and data rooms to keep the company investment-ready.
- Deal Structuring & Diligence: Manage term sheets, SHA/SSA negotiations, valuation strategies, and due diligence processes alongside legal and finance teams.

2. Brand Positioning, Founder PR & Market Authority

- Executive & Founder Positioning: Design and execute a thought leadership strategy for the Founder (Gagan Aggarwal) across media platforms, industry podcasts, keynote panels, and premium publications (e.g., Economic Times, Inc42, Entrepreneur India).
- Tech Marketplace Framing: Position LuxeVenue.ai as a high-margin, tech-enabled escrow marketplace in the eyes of investors and institutional enterprise clients rather than a traditional event agency.
- Corporate PR & Market Visibility: Oversee executive communication and brand storytelling to build trust and market authority across luxury hospitality and corporate sectors.

3. High-Ticket Corporate Alliances & Revenue Scaling

- Enterprise Strategic Partnerships: Secure high-ticket B2B alliances with C-Suite executives (HR Heads, Marketing Directors, Admin Leads) of MNCs and top-tier corporations.




- Hospitality Ecosystem Tie-ups: Build strategic alliances with top 5-star hotel chains, luxury event partners, and ecosystem stakeholders for exclusive marketplace supply.
- Strategic Co-Pitching: Lead pitch presentations for major enterprise deals and high-value corporate mandates to accelerate cash flow and revenue expansion.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of leadership experience in Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Ex-Founder background, or Senior Business Leadership in quick-scaling tech startups (Fintech, Proptech, Eventtech, B2B SaaS).
- Investor Network: Strong existing contacts with Angel Investors, Seed/Series A VCs, and Family Offices.
- Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation, equity dilution, and fundraising mechanics.
- Leadership & Communication: Exceptional executive presentation, negotiation, PR storytelling, and deal-closing skills.
- Education: MBA from a Tier-1 institute (IIMs/ISB/Top Global Business Schools) or equivalent pedigree in Finance/Business Strategy.
