Bluwave Technology Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and results-driven Chief Business Officer (CBO) – Software Products to lead and scale our Software Products and SaaS business.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise sales, revenue growth, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, strategic partnerships, P&L; management, and business expansion.

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sustainable business growth, building high-performing teams, strengthening market presence across India, and developing strategic opportunities for international expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Business Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth, profitability, customer acquisition, and market expansion.

Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead GTM planning, product positioning, pricing strategies, market entry, and sales execution for software products.

Enterprise Sales & Business Development: Drive B2B enterprise sales, strategic account acquisition, key client relationships, and revenue generation.

P&L; Management: Own revenue targets, business planning, budgeting, cost optimization, profitability, and financial performance.

Market Expansion: Identify emerging business opportunities, current customer segments, and potential domestic and international markets.

Strategic Partnerships: Build and strengthen channel partnerships, distribution networks,



technology alliances, and long-term business relationships.

Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead high-performing Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Success teams.

Product Collaboration: Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to align software solutions with customer requirements and market demands.

Business Operations: Establish scalable pan-India operations, performance metrics, reporting processes, and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

15–20+ years of progressive professional experience, preferably in Software Products, SaaS, or Enterprise Technology businesses.

Proven leadership experience as a Chief Business Officer, Country Head,



Business Head, Sales Head, or equivalent senior management position.

Demonstrated success in scaling software products businesses and achieving profitable revenue growth.

Strong understanding of enterprise B2B sales, GTM execution, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships.

Experience managing business revenue targets, budgets, financial performance, and overall P&L.;

Proven ability to build, manage, and lead cross-functional teams.

Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Robust business acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, and results-oriented approach.

Experience managing pan-India business operations; international market exposure will be an added advantage.
