Job Summary

Cyient, Inc. is seeking a skilled Civil Designer with expertise in E3D and AutoCAD to contribute to the design and drafting of civil Oil & Gas projects. This role involves translating engineering concepts into detailed design drawings and models.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and prepare detailed civil engineering drawings, plans, sections, and details using E3D (Everywhere 3D) and AutoCAD.

Model civil infrastructure components including earthworks, grading, drainage systems, roadways, and foundations within the E3D environment.

Generate accurate 2D drawings from 3D models.

Ensure all designs and drawings comply with project specifications, industry standards, and relevant codes.

Collaborate with engineers and other designers to integrate civil designs with other disciplines.

Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts using E3D or other relevant software.

Maintain and manage drawing revisions, ensuring proper document control.

Contribute to the development of design standards and best practices.





Participate in design reviews and provide technical input.

Prepare material take-offs and quantity estimations from designs.

Job Qualifications**

Associate's degree or equivalent technical diploma in Civil Engineering Technology, Drafting, or a related field.

Minimum of10 years of experience in civil design and drafting.

Proficiency in E3D (Everywhere 3D) for civil infrastructure modeling and drafting is essential.

Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drafting and detailing.

Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, including grading, drainage, earthwork, and road design.

Experience with other civil design software (e.g., Civil 3D) is a plus.

Ability to interpret engineering sketches, redlines, and specifications.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in design work.

Robust communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
