Role Description This is a full-time Civil Engineer role based in Ahmedabad, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of in-office and work-from-home arrangements.

The Civil

Engineer will be responsible for designing and reviewing civil engineering plans for site development, infrastructure, and building projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. Day-to-day tasks include preparing design drawings and calculations, supporting stormwater management and drainage solutions, and coordinating with architects, planners, and project managers to integrate technical requirements into overall project designs. The role involves conducting site assessments, assisting with project planning and scheduling, preparing technical reports and documentation, and participating in quality assurance checks.





The Civil

Engineer will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve design issues, optimize project outcomes, and support sustainable, cost-effective engineering solutions.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to develop and review structural, infrastructure, and site development plans.
- Experience working as part of multidisciplinary teams of Civil Engineers, contributing technical expertise to integrated architecture and design projects.
- Proficiency in project Planning for civil works, including scheduling, resource coordination, and alignment with regulatory and client requirements.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management principles, including drainage design, runoff analysis, and compliance with environmental and local regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Familiarity with relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools) and basic understanding of BIM workflows.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and codes, and to produce clear technical reports and documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.
- Capacity to work effectively in a hybrid setup, manage time independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations.
- Prior experience in consultancy, urban infrastructure, or building projects is an advantage.
