Role Description This is an on-site Chartered Accountancy Articleship Trainee internship role based in the Greater Coimbatore Area. The trainee will assist in statutory and tax audits, including working on audit documentation, vouching, and verification of financial records. Daily responsibilities include supporting tax computation and filing, preparing working papers, performing basic accounting and reconciliations, and helping with compliance-related tasks under various tax and company law regulations.





The role also involves interacting with client teams under supervision, contributing to report preparation, and learning firm methodologies, standards, and skilled ethics.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing Chartered Accountancy (CA) and eligible for articleship as per the Institute’s regulations.
- Foundational knowledge of accounting principles, auditing concepts, and direct and indirect tax regulations.
- Ability to work with Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic accounting or ERP software.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret financial data accurately.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team, follow guidance, and meet deadlines in a structured environment.
- High level of integrity, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback and continuous professional development.
- Prior internship or exposure to accounting, audit, or tax work will be an added advantage.
