Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting, accounting, and taxation, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and cost optimization.
- Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Establish strong internal controls and financial reporting systems.
- Lead the finance team and provide strategic financial insights to senior management.
