The CCE will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries, processing documentation, and ensuring smooth back‑office operations within the CLM Domestic Diversified division. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to client and employee inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Manpower team to schedule and track staffing assignments.
- Prepare and verify documentation for payroll, contracts, and compliance.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management while providing status updates.
- Generate daily and weekly performance reports for the back‑office department.




- Assist in onboarding new hires by facilitating paperwork and system access.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest actionable solutions.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or back‑office support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Robust organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high‑volume environment.
- Basic understanding of payroll and HR documentation processes.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑focused attitude.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
