Role Description The Caller role is a full time, on-site position based in Kichha. The Caller will handle outbound and inbound calls to connect potential students and families with suitable home tutors, provide information about services, and clarify requirements such as subjects, schedules, and budgets. This role involves maintaining accurate records of calls, updating learner and tutor details in internal systems, and following up to ensure successful matching and satisfaction.





The Caller will collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of tutors and learners, support basic query resolution, and escalate complex issues when needed. The position requires consistent call handling, adherence to communication scripts where appropriate, and a professional, service-oriented approach throughout the day.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to speak clearly and confidently over the phone.
- Basic data entry and record-keeping abilities, including updating call logs and maintaining accurate contact information.
- Customer service orientation, with a focus on empathy, problem-solving, and building trust with learners, families, and tutors.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle high call volumes and follow up with contacts in a timely manner.
- Comfort with using telecalling tools, CRM or call management software, and standard office applications.
- Ability to work in office in Kichha, collaborate with team members, and follow company processes and guidelines.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.
