About the Role

As a Campaign Associate in our Program Activation & Engagement team, you will make sure our programs reach the right people and fill up. You will own each program’s marketing from plan to recap: planning the campaign, running it across organic and paid digital channels, and improving results based on data.

What You’ll Do

- Own the marketing plan for each program: goals, audience, channels, timeline and execution, with tracking and success metrics set before launch
- Create program content: landing pages, emails, newsletters, blogs, ads, social posts and short videos, and turn winner stories and event highlights into recaps and case studies
- Run email and WhatsApp campaigns for registrations, reminders and engagement, using segmentation, personalisation and A/B tests
- Plan social campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, X and YouTube, and help build community around our programs and platform
- Set up, run and optimise Meta, Google and LinkedIn Ads, including retargeting website visitors, partial sign-ups and past participants
- Track results using dashboards and UTMs,



share weekly reports, and recommend where to shift budget and effort
- Work with platform, design, data and outreach teams to keep every program on schedule

What We’re Looking For

- About 2 years of full-time digital marketing experience
- Hands-on experience with campaign planning, email marketing, organic social and paid ads on at least one platform
- Working knowledge of UTM tracking, retargeting and basic funnel analysis
- Robust written English for social posts, ad copy and emails
- Ability to manage several programs at once and meet deadlines
- Ownership, a data-first mindset, and the ability to pick up new tools and processes quickly

Bonus Points

- Experience marketing hackathons, events, webinars or programs to students and developers
- Ability to walk us through a campaign you ran with real numbers: budget, cost per registration, open and click rates, and what you changed based on the results
