Job Requirements

- 1–5 years of relevant experience in the Solar Energy / Renewable Energy industry.
- Experience in field-based lead generation and market visits is preferred.
- Knowledge of solar rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
- Good communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for solar rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
- Identify potential customers and new business opportunities through field visits, market research, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to convert leads into business opportunities.




- Conduct regular market visits to identify potential customers, target areas, and current project opportunities.
- Analyze market potential and recommend suitable areas for business development.
- Follow up with prospective clients to understand their requirements and move leads towards conversion.
- Coordinate with internal technical and sales teams for customer requirements, quotations, and project proposals.
- Maintain lead databases, customer interaction records, and follow-up reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business growth opportunities.
- Achieve assigned lead generation, customer acquisition, and business development targets.
