Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Understand students' academic backgrounds, career aspirations, technical interests, and learning objectives to recommend suitable programs.
- Interact with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels to understand their requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
- Explain technical programs, course curricula, learning outcomes, career opportunities, and program advantages in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
- Address student queries related to programs, curriculum, duration, eligibility, learning methodology, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective students and assist them throughout the admission and enrolment journey.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to understand changing learner requirements, technical education trends, and opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Training, and Operations teams to improve lead quality and the overall student experience.
- Support lead-generation initiatives by providing feedback on student requirements and campaign responses.
- Build and maintain relationships with engineering colleges, universities, and academic institutions to support student outreach and institutional partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, counselling sessions,



follow-ups, and admissions using the organisation's CRM and internal systems.
- Contribute towards monthly enrolment and learner engagement targets.
- Work closely with the leadership team on student acquisition, counselling initiatives, institutional outreach, and other responsibilities aligned with business growth.
