LogicMesh Tech Private Limited builds JEENEET.org, an online exam and analytics platform for JEE and NEET coaching institutes and PU/junior colleges. Students take mock tests on an interface that works like the real computer-based exam, papers are marked the moment they are submitted, and institutes get detailed performance analysis for every student, batch and chapter.

As a Business Development Partner, you will own the full sales cycle for coaching institutes and colleges in your region, from first contact to onboarding and renewal. Most product demonstrations are conducted in person at the client's institute; the rest are virtual.

- ???? ?????????? ??? ???????????: identify coaching institutes and colleges in your region and follow up on leads provided by the company
- ????? ??????????: meet owners, directors and academic heads to understand how they conduct tests today
- ??????? ??????????????: deliver complete live demos, on-site and virtual, covering student and batch management, test creation from the question bank, the student exam interface, results and analytics, and parent reports
- ????????? ????????: address client questions and concerns with clarity and confidence




- ??????????? ??? ???? ???????: negotiate proposals within company pricing guidelines and close the deal
- ?????? ??????????: set up the institute's students and batches and support their first test
- ??????? ?????????? ??? ????????: maintain regular contact to drive usage, satisfaction and renewals
- ?????????: share regular updates on your pipeline, meetings and closures with the team

- Background in sales, business development or field sales; EdTech or B2B sales experience preferred
- An existing network among coaching institutes, PU colleges or schools is a strong advantage
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and your regional language
- Comfortable with laptops and online tools; able to run a live product demo
- Own transport and willingness to travel within your region
- Self-driven, ethical and target-oriented
