- Establish trust & confidence with key stakeholders, including Architects, Interior Designers, and Dealers.
- Focus on channel sales, particularly in high-end wood-related building products.
- Manage and support existing dealers/clients while ensuring their business needs are met efficiently.
- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay updated on emerging market trends.
- Be open to travel across India as per business requirements.

- Presentable & dynamic personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Proactive approach with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to influence stakeholders effectively through strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler for ease of travel.
