At Happybeing, we help individuals, couples, and organisations transform their relationships, happiness and emotional wellbeing through science-backed coaching, counselling, therapy and experiential wellbeing programs.

We’re looking for an outgoing, confident, and relationship-oriented skilled who can help us expand our reach by building partnerships and bringing our services to corporates, wellbeing retreats, and individual clients.

What You’ll Do

- Corporate Business Development: Identify and connect with companies to pitch employee wellbeing workshops, emotional wellness programs and customized corporate solutions.
- Partnership Development: Build relationships with wellness retreats, retreat organisers, hotels, and event partners to introduce Happybeing’s programs.
- Individual Client Acquisition: Manage individual enquiries, recommend relevant services, convert leads into paid sessions and coordinate bookings with experts.
- Promote our coaching, counselling, therapy, and workshops to potential clients.
- Sales & Relationship Management: Conduct meetings, deliver presentations, follow up with prospects, negotiate proposals, and convert opportunities into business.
- Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities, develop outreach strategies,



and build a strong network of corporate and wellness industry contacts.
- Revenue Growth: Work towards business development targets while building long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of experience in offline sales, field sales, corporate sales, or business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable meeting new people and building professional relationships.
- A proactive, self-driven individual with a strong sense of ownership and a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities as required.
- Prior work experience. in emotional wellness, mental wellbeing, personal growth or the wellness industry is a plus.
