We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Malad West, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective bid management and pre-sales activities, including responding to RFPs/RFIs, conceptualizing solutions, and preparing proposals. You will generate business leads, follow up on sales opportunities, and establish customer needs to sell our products effectively.

Meeting weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs will be a key part of your role.

Key responsibilities include arranging meetings with clients, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new business opportunities both domestically and internationally. You will research the market to identify potential target customers and maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system. Additionally,



you will liaise with Business Analysts and Project Managers to develop pilots and prototypes, and represent the company at corporate and networking events.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent research skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and problem-solving skills. A strong background in business development, particularly in the IT, training, or e-learning domains, is preferred. You should be capable of working independently and taking proactive steps for project roll-out.
