Kirana Club is a B2B marketplace connecting retailers with brands, distributors, traders, wholesalers, and other supply partners. Our goal is to help retailers access a wider product assortment at competitive prices and improve their margins.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to expand Kirana Club’s seller network across Indore and nearby markets. You will identify and onboard distributors, traders, wholesalers, super-stockists, and manufacturers, negotiate commercial terms, and drive end-to-end seller onboarding to ensure they go live on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and map distributors, traders, wholesalers, super-stockists, and manufacturers across Indore and nearby markets.
- Conduct field visits to meet business owners, pitch Kirana Club, negotiate commercial terms, and close onboarding deals.
- Drive end-to-end seller onboarding, including registration, product cataloging, pricing, and go-live.
- Build a competitive supply network offering better prices and margins to retailers.
- Maintain seller pipelines, follow up on leads,



and achieve acquisition and activation targets.
- Share market insights on pricing, product availability, seller requirements, and competitor activity.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 2–5 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, business development, or seller acquisition.
- Experience working with FMCG distributors, traders, wholesalers, super-stockists, or manufacturers is preferred.
- Solid communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and deal-closing skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field visits and meeting business owners.
- Ability to manage sales pipelines, follow up consistently, and work toward targets.
- Basic proficiency in spreadsheets, CRM tools, and reporting.

Key Success Metrics:

- Number of qualified sellers identified and meetings completed.
- Sellers successfully acquired, onboarded, and taken live.
- Number of products listed with competitive pricing for retailers.
