The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

- Identifying market/client’s needs & wants, consolidating into Market requirements, contribute towards building innovative products and improve existing products to improve cost, quality & performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities, represent customers internally and collaborate with leaders in varied areas on allocation across projects and resource planning.
- Build, Sustain and Maintain long term relationships with key and strategic clients to ascertain rendering of quality service and business retention/enhancement.
- Responsible for preparing various marketing material to generate new leads (Advertisement, Mailers, Product specific Presentations, Catalogues, Videos etc.)




- Supporting Marketing Activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
- Preparing Technical Presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
- Sound knowledge of competitor portfolio. Competitor mapping in terms of their G2M, Local initiatives, and strategies.
- Development, communication & implementation of growth measures.
- Planning and implementing the Marketing & promotion strategy.

Qualifications

- B.Tech / B.E (Electronics / Instrumentation), M.B.A/PGDM in marketing will be an added advantage.
- Additional exposure of working in engineering industries
- 10 - 15 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
