Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development (Fresher) role based in Bhubaneswar. The role involves identifying prospective clients, supporting lead generation activities, and assisting in the promotion of Everest’s accounting, auditing, and advisory services. Daily responsibilities include conducting basic market research, maintaining client databases, and coordinating with senior team members on outreach campaigns and follow-ups.

Executive will help prepare presentations, proposals, and reports, and support customer service by responding to initial inquiries and routing them to the appropriate internal teams. The role requires close collaboration with the business development and operations teams to ensure consistent communication and a positive client experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Lead Generation and Market Research skills to support client outreach and identify new business opportunities.
- Candidates should possess good Analytical Skills to interpret basic market and client data and contribute to business insights.
- Relevant qualifications in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; fresh graduates or early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort working with CRM or database systems is beneficial.
