Business Development Intern

Adrix is looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to help us connect with potential clients, generate qualified leads, and convert prospects into paying clients.

Responsibilities

- Identify potential clients and businesses that may need Adrix's services.
- Conduct cold calls and initiate conversations with prospective clients.
- Generate leads for web development, video editing, graphic design, SEO, and digital marketing.
- Explain Adrix's services and schedule meetings with interested prospects.
- Follow up with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain a record of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

Commission Structure

- 3% commission on deals below ₹10,000.
- 5% commission on deals of ₹10,000 and above.
- Commission is calculated on eligible deal value and paid after Adrix receives the client's payment.

Requirements





- Positive communication and persuasion skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and client outreach.
- Self-motivated and consistent, with a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, web development, or agency services is an advantage.
- A laptop or smartphone and a reliable internet connection.
