Role Description The Business Development Executive – Saravanampatti is a full time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, responsible for driving growth and expanding the company’s client base. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting lead generation activities, and managing a sales pipeline. The role involves meeting prospective clients, understanding their IT needs, presenting suitable solutions, and negotiating terms to close deals.

The Business Development

Executive will nurture existing accounts through regular follow-ups, maintain accurate records in CRM tools,



and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. This position also requires preparing proposals, sales reports, and market insights to support strategic planning and revenue targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a sustainable pipeline.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships and support long-term growth.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present solutions, negotiate effectively, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in IT services or software sales, with familiarity in using CRM tools and basic sales reporting.
