Must-Have Requirements

- Prior experience in B2B calling.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid follow-up, prospecting, and relationship-building abilities.

- MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions).
- HR Tech industry.
- Travel and hospitality industry.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering impactful Presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities, including prospecting, pipeline management, and outreach across multiple channels.




- Candidates should possess Market Research skills for analyzing industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, and prior experience or internships in business development, sales, or consulting are beneficial.
- Additional beneficial skills include familiarity with CRM tools, basic understanding of IT/software services, strong analytical abilities, and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
