Role Description The Business Consultant role at Daddy Shark is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. In this role, the consultant will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, analyze data, and develop practical strategies that drive growth and operational efficiency. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and financial analyses, preparing presentations and reports, facilitating workshops and meetings, and supporting implementation of recommended solutions.





The consultant will collaborate with internal teams across branding, digital, and technology functions to deliver integrated consulting projects. This role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, monitoring project performance, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and expansion of services.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Consulting and Management Consulting to structure problems, design solutions, and manage client engagements.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including stakeholder management, presentation skills, and clear business writing.
- Solid understanding of Finance, including basic financial modeling, budgeting, and performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in business consulting, strategy, or advisory roles, preferably in digital or technology-driven environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfort with business software and tools (e.g., MS Excel, PowerPoint, project management platforms); exposure to digital or cloud solutions is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach.
