Market Risk Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Market Risk Business Analyst with solid knowledge of Market Risk, business analysis, and Python.

Experience: 6–10 Years

Location: Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Gurugram

CTC: Up to ₹30 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 2 weeks

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Market Risk.
- Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Analyze Market Risk processes, calculations, reports, and risk-related data.
- Use Python for data analysis, scripting, and supporting business or risk-related activities.
- Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.
- Support functional testing, UAT, issue resolution, and implementation activities.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are understood and delivered effectively.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Market Risk concepts and processes.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking, financial services, or a related domain.
- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis or scripting.
- Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and functional documentation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

- Experience working with investment banking or risk management teams.
- Exposure to Value at Risk (VaR), risk reporting, or market risk models.
