Are you good at understanding business requirements, coordinating with teams, communicating with clients, and ensuring projects move forward smoothly? We’re looking for a proactive Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between clients and our internal teams.

? Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements, business objectives, and project expectations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, clarify doubts, and provide project updates.
- Coordinate with developers, UI/UX designers, testers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), project workflows, and meeting notes.
- Manage project timelines, track progress, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct client meetings, requirement discussions, and internal team coordination.
- Identify potential project challenges, suggest practical solutions, and communicate them proactively.
- Monitor project status, manage client feedback, and ensure requirements are implemented correctly.




- Maintain clear documentation and ensure effective communication between all stakeholders.

✅ Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with different teams.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Understanding of website development, software development, or IT project workflows.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear instructions for technical teams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools and documentation practices is an advantage.
