Role Description The Branch Relation Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Agra. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with branch staff and investors, promoting ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund products, and supporting branch-level business development activities. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective and existing clients, explaining product features, assisting with investment transactions, and ensuring timely resolution of customer queries.

Executive will coordinate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns, track sales performance, and ensure compliance with company processes and regulatory guidelines. The role also includes preparing basic reports, updating records,



and providing regular feedback from the branch and customers to enhance service quality and business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to engage retail clients and branch staff professionally.
- Candidates should possess sales and business development abilities, including basic understanding of mutual fund products and financial markets.
- Candidates should possess communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English and local language.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple client interactions and tasks efficiently.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, business, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience in financial services, banking, or mutual funds is an advantage but not always mandatory for entry-level applicants.
- Comfort with basic computer applications (MS Office, email, and CRM tools) and readiness to learn new systems is beneficial.
- Ability to work from the Agra branch location, adapt to a target-oriented environment, and follow regulatory and company compliance standards.
