EARTHY builds Integrated Hydration Systems, bringing hydration into the design and everyday use of the home.

The role

Own day-to-day marketing execution, working with the founder, internal teams and EARTHY’s appointed marketing agency.

Turn business priorities into explicit briefs, review the work and ensure delivery. This is a hands-on marketing role—not only agency coordination or social media management.

Role & responsibilities

- Plan and brief: Maintain the marketing calendar. Prepare briefs for campaigns, content, website updates and partner materials.
- Manage agency delivery: Track commitments, consolidate feedback, coordinate approvals and resolve delays.
- Protect brand standards: Review copy and visuals against EARTHY’s brand guide and verified product information before release.
- Connect marketing with sales: Gather feedback from BD and inside sales. Improve enquiry quality, product communication and sales-support materials.
- Coordinate activities: Organise marketing requirements for shoots, Experience Centre sessions, architect engagements and partner events.
- Track performance and spending: Maintain approved budgets,



delivery records and reports covering qualified enquiries, appointments and sales progression. Keep assets and account access organised.

- Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing or agency account management, with personal responsibility for execution.
- Able to write clear briefs, edit copy and give specific feedback on creative work.
- Working understanding of digital campaigns, website content, marketing analytics and CRM-based enquiry tracking.
- Organised, commercially aware and consistent in follow-through. Comfortable working with external specialists and internal teams.
- Exposure to kitchens, interiors, architectural products, home brands or other considered-purchase categories is an advantage.

Accountability

Keep agreed work moving, brand standards consistent and spending within approval. Identify what is producing relevant enquiries and what needs correction.

Own execution. Bring recommendations-not just agency updates-to the founder.
