Role Description The Branch Manager role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Gandhidham, with some flexibility for work from home. This role is responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, including inventory management, order processing, and coordination of logistics to ensure timely deliveries and high service standards.

Manager will lead and develop branch staff, set performance targets, and promote a collaborative, safety-focused work culture. The role includes managing customer relationships, resolving escalated issues, and identifying opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Manager will also collaborate with senior leadership on forecasting, budgeting, and implementing process improvements aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in branch management, operations management, or supply chain leadership within chemicals, logistics, or related industries.
- Strong skills in team leadership, people management, and performance coaching, with the ability to build an inclusive and high-performing branch team.
- Competence in customer relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication to support long-term business partnerships.
- Ability to analyze data and financial reports, manage budgets, and implement process improvements for operational efficiency and cost control.
- Comfort with using ERP systems, inventory management tools, and standard office software for reporting and coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Knowledge of petrochemicals, solvents, or industrial distribution is highly desirable, along with familiarity with safety and compliance standards.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a agile environment.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model based in Gandhidham and occasionally travel for meetings, supplier visits, or internal reviews.
