About the Role

We are seeking an experienced BIM Architect with strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and a solid understanding of architectural construction documentation.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently developing architectural models, preparing coordinated drawing sets, interpreting design requirements, and maintaining documentation quality throughout different project stages.

Experience with US architectural projects and international documentation standards is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, manage, and maintain architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare architectural drawing sets across SD, DD, and CD stages.
- Produce floor plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans (RCPs), construction details, and schedules.
- Incorporate design revisions, redline markups, and drawing updates accurately.
- Develop and manage Revit families, worksets, view templates, and project parameters.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines.
- Identify modeling discrepancies, documentation errors, and coordination issues.
- Prepare door/window schedules, finish schedules, and relevant architectural details.
- Maintain drawing consistency, model organization, and project-specific BIM standards.
- Conduct quality checks before submitting deliverables.
- Communicate technical queries and project updates clearly.

Required Qualification & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent qualification.
- 2-5 years of professional experience in architectural BIM modeling and documentation.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Solid working knowledge of AutoCAD, Rhino/ SketchUp,



and any rendering softwares
- Demonstrated experience preparing architectural construction documentation sets.
- Understanding of architectural detailing, building materials, assemblies, and construction practices.
- Experience with Revit families, schedules, worksharing, linked models, and view management.
- Understanding of BIM coordination, model organization, and quality-control processes.
- Ability to interpret design drawings, technical markups, and project specifications.
- Good written and verbal English communication.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and time management.

Other Preferred Skills

- Experience working on US-based architectural projects.
- Familiarity with US drawing conventions and architectural documentation standards.
- Knowledge of renovation, remodeling, and existing-conditions documentation.
- Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360.
- Familiarity with Navisworks and multidisciplinary model coordination.
- Experience in Scan-to-BIM or point cloud-based modeling.

Remote work requirements

- Personal workstation capable of efficiently running Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- Stable broadband internet connection, preferably 50 Mbps or higher.
- Backup internet connectivity preferred.
- Quiet, professional workspace suitable for virtual meetings.
- Availability for scheduled team meetings and agreed international time-zone overlap.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable using online collaboration and project management tools.
