Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced BIM Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) to support the development, coordination, and management of BIM models for construction and engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and manage 3D BIM models based on project requirements.
- Prepare and update architectural, structural, or MEP models and drawings.




- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
- Identify and resolve design clashes and modeling discrepancies.
- Extract quantities, prepare schedules, and generate project documentation from BIM models.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, BIM protocols, and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination.
- Proficiency in BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of architectural, structural, or MEP systems.
- Experience in clash detection, model coordination, and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and construction drawings.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on international projects.
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM execution plans.
- Experience with multidisciplinary BIM coordination and model quality checks.
