Role Description The Beauty Advisor role at Kimirica is a full-time, in office position based in the Pune Division.
The Beauty
Advisor will welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations across skincare, bath and body, fragrances, and wellness products. The role involves demonstrating product usage, explaining ingredients and benefits, and supporting customers in building self-care routines aligned with Kimirica’s values. Daily responsibilities include maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring product displays are well-stocked, handling retail sales and billing, and meeting individual and store performance targets.
The Beauty
Advisor will also address customer queries, manage feedback and returns professionally, and collaborate with the store team to deliver a consistent, high-quality brand experience.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in cosmetology and skin care, with the ability to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Solid product knowledge across skincare, bath and body, fragrances, and wellness, including ingredients, benefits, and usage.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly, approachable manner and a focus on delivering a premium in-store experience.
- Experience in retail sales, including upselling, cross-selling, and achieving sales targets in a beauty or lifestyle environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse customers and build long-term relationships.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, including weekends and peak shopping hours as required.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics for maintaining store hygiene and visual merchandising standards.
- Prior experience as a Beauty Advisor or in a similar role in cosmetics, skincare, or luxury retail is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills for handling point-of-sale systems and inventory-related tasks.
- Education in cosmetology, beauty therapy, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory, depending on experience.
