Role Overview

We are looking for a BI & Data Platform Engineer / Lead to manage and support enterprise BI and data platforms, ensure smooth operations, troubleshoot issues, and drive platform improvements.

Required Skills

- SAP BusinessObjects: Administration, user access, report scheduling, monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Power BI: Tenant, workspace, gateway, refresh schedule and access management.
- Snowflake: Platform administration, deployment, workload monitoring, RBAC and troubleshooting.
- Azure: Working knowledge of Azure Synapse and Storage Accounts.
- IICS: Deployment, configuration changes and production support.
- Terraform & CI/CD: Exposure to automation, deployment processes and CI/CD pipeline monitoring.




- Robust troubleshooting and platform administration skills.
- Experience with platform monitoring, security, performance optimization and production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain BI and data platforms.
- Monitor platform health and resolve operational issues.
- Support deployments, configuration changes and automated code/RBAC deployments.
- Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, reliability and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with business, infrastructure, security and data engineering teams.
- Take ownership of platform improvements and maintain technical documentation.
