Toffee Coffee Roasters is an Indian specialty coffee brand bringing excellent coffee to everyday moments. We’re looking for a friendly, hands-on Barista to join the opening team of our upcoming grab-and-go coffee kiosk in Bengaluru.

What you’ll do

- Prepare espresso-based drinks, cold coffees, and signature beverages to our recipes and quality standards.
- Help customers choose their coffee, explain the menu, and recommend food pairings and combos.
- Handle counter orders, billing, digital payments, and app-based pickup orders accurately.
- Serve and pack food and beverages neatly, ensuring quick and accurate order handovers.
- Maintain hygiene across the coffee station, equipment, utensils, and service counter.
- Follow opening and closing checklists, including machine cleaning and daily stock checks.
- Monitor ingredients, packaging, and food freshness; flag replenishment needs and minimise wastage.




- Work closely with the team to keep service smooth during peak hours.

What we’re looking for

- Ideally 6 months–2 years of experience as a barista or in café operations specifically at leading chains like Starbucks, Third Wave etc.
- Good knowledge of espresso preparation, milk steaming, and coffee equipment.
- A warm, customer-first attitude and clear communication skills.
- Attention to cleanliness, consistency, and order accuracy.
- Comfort with POS systems and digital orders.
