About the role

We are building our own AI-powered tools to run our agency faster and to offer to clients. You will write real code, use AI coding tools to move quickly, and own each tool from idea to launch. You will work directly with the web operations and SEO teams, who will be your first users.

What you will build

- CRM: a straightforward internal CRM for leads, follow-ups, and client status, with AI help for summaries and next steps
- SEO automations: scripts and small apps that pull data from Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insights and GA4, and generate reports, titles and meta descriptions
- Website audit tool: checks a client site for SEO, speed, and technical issues, and writes a clear, client-ready report with AI
- E-commerce operations tool (Ordazzle-style): a dashboard for client online stores covering orders, inventory, and marketplace sync, starting with one platform (for example, Shopify or WooCommerce)
- AI chatbots: website chatbots that answer from a client's own content and pass leads into the CRM.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain web apps and APIs for the tools above
- Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or Groq) with clear prompts, structured JSON output, and error handling
- Connect third-party APIs: Google, WordPress,



Shopify/WooCommerce, and CRMs
- Use AI coding tools daily, and review, test, and fix what they produce
- Deploy tools on a server or cloud and keep them running
- Write short documentation so the team can use each tool
- Keep client data and API keys secure

Must-have skills
- One backend language and framework: PHP/Laravel (preferred), Node.js or Python
- MySQL or another SQL database, including basic schema design
- REST APIs: building them and consuming third-party ones
- JavaScript and a frontend framework, ideally React
- Hands-on use of at least one LLM API in a project you built
- Git and GitHub
- Ability to explain your own code clearly, in English or Hindi

Good to have

- WordPress plugin or theme development
- RAG basics: embeddings and vector databases
- Automation tools such as n8n, Make or Zapier
- Basic SEO knowledge: meta tags, indexing, Core Web Vitals
- Web scraping (done responsibly)
- Deployment on Linux/VPS, Docker or AWS
