- AWS infrastructure services, including EC2, Auto Scaling Groups (ASG), ALB/NLB, and VPC
- Amazon RDS, storage, backup, and recovery
- Managing large-scale production environments with a robust focus on availability and reliability
- Hands-on Terraform, including infrastructure provisioning and troubleshooting
- Working with multi-team Infrastructure as Code (IaC) environments
- Hands-on Kubernetes and Amazon EKS, including workload management and troubleshooting
- Owning service reliability, SLOs, and MTTR targets
- Driving incident management, governance, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Collaborating across Platform, Cloud Operations, Application, and Cloud Architecture teams
- Supporting and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines and deployment failures
