? We’re Hiring: Bookkeeper & Payroll Officer (MYOB Experience)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Payroll Officer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using MYOB accounting software and a positive understanding of Australian bookkeeping, payroll processes, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial record-keeping.
- Process payroll accurately using MYOB.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions.
- Maintain payroll records, superannuation, PAYG withholding, and leave entitlements.
- Assist with BAS preparation and other financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Australian tax, payroll, and employment requirements.

Skills & Experience Required:

- Proven experience in bookkeeping and payroll in Australia.
- Strong working knowledge of MYOB software.
- Understanding of Australian payroll legislation, superannuation, PAYG, and Single Touch Payroll (STP).
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
