Key Responsibilities

- Handle real product problems used by sales teams, managers, and operations teams
- Designing dashboards, data tables, workflows, and system interactions
- Understand business workflows and user behavior
- Break down complex flows into straightforward, usable experiences
- Identify UX gaps and propose improvements
- Design clean, scalable interfaces using Figma
- Build reusable components for: Tables, Forms and Dashboards
- Maintain consistency across the product
- Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Review builds and ensure design quality
- Iterate quickly based on feedback
