Title: AVP - Transformation
Reporting to: SVP
Requirement:
1. Core RCM Domain Skills: a. Strong provider-side Revenue Cycle Management knowledge across patient access, coding, billing, claims, denials, AR follow-up, payment posting, and patient collections b. Ability to identify revenue leakage, process gaps, avoidable denials, payer delays, and operational inefficiencies
2. Business Transformation Skills:
a. Current-state assessment and future-state operating model design b. Process transformation, workflow redesign, and standardization across large-scale RCM operations c. Transformation roadmap development with milestones, owners, timelines, risks, and advantages
2. Digital, Automation, and Technology Skills a. Ability to identify automation opportunities across manual and repetitive RCM workflows b. Experience partnering with technology teams on RPA, AI, workflow tools, analytics dashboards, and exception-based processing
