Role Description The Associate Consultant role is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai.

The Associate

Consultant will support client engagements by collecting and analyzing data, mapping processes, and identifying business problems and improvement opportunities. The role involves preparing presentations, reports, and recommendations, and assisting in the design and implementation of solutions across functions such as operations, supply chain, HR, and marketing.

Consultant will collaborate closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders, participate in workshops and meetings, and help track project progress and impact. The role also includes continuous learning, documenting best practices,



and contributing to internal initiatives that strengthen Debox’s methodologies and tools.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data, draw logical conclusions, and structure complex issues clearly.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to create concise reports, decks, and client-facing documents.
- Candidates should possess stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with comfort working in cross-functional teams and engaging with clients at different levels.
- Candidates should possess basic business and consulting skills such as process mapping, market and industry research, and understanding of core business functions (operations, HR, finance, marketing).
- Candidates should possess proficiency in common productivity and analysis tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets, PowerPoint or Google Slides; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, commerce, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification in management or a related discipline is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, adapt to dynamic project environments, and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Prior internship or work experience in consulting, analytics, operations, or a related domain is beneficial but not mandatory; strong motivation to learn and grow in a consulting environment is essential.
