About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Associate Business Manager – Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving client acquisition, building long-term relationships, and contributing to the growth of our interior design business. You will act as the bridge between clients and our design team, ensuring client needs are understood and projects are successfully closed.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through leads, referrals, and networking.
- Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and pitch our design services.
- Collaborate with the design team to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Achieve sales targets by converting leads into confirmed projects.
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.




- Conduct site visits and attend client meetings as required.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in sales/business development (interior design, real estate, or allied industries preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Client-focused with negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Interest in design/architecture is an added advantage.
